Eligible return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
Returns are accepted only when the product:
- arrives damaged;
- is the wrong product; or
- is substantially different from what was ordered.
Evidence required
Claims for damaged or wrong items must include clear photos or video of the product and its packaging.
Items not eligible for return
Returns are not accepted for:
- change of mind;
- wrong product selection or size selection;
- minor variations that naturally occur in handmade products;
- customized or personalized products; or
- products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
